Ed Hardwick established The Hardwick Partnership as its Founding and Managing Partner following his experience as a Senior Executive Search Consultant and Practice Leader with an internationally recognised executive search firm based in the U.A.E. He holds a Masters degree from Cambridge University and has professional experience in recruitment and senior human resource management in an international career spanning thirty years with companies across the Financial Services, FMCG, Industrial, Management Consulting and Executive Search sectors.He brings a global, regional and local perspective, having lived and worked in six countries – the USA, UK, the Netherlands, Cyprus, K.S.A and the U.A.E with regional responsibilities with renowned firms such as PepsiCo, Duracell, The National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia, and latterly, Korn/Ferry International in the U.A.E.
